Accounting Staff

We are looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and resilient Accounting Staff to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with accounts payable/receivable, and preparing financial reports. This role requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and efficiently handle multiple financial tasks under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• General Accounting: Maintain general ledgers, record daily financial transactions, and ensure accuracy in bookkeeping entries.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process vendor invoices, manage billing, track payments, and follow up on collections.
• Financial Reporting & Reconciliation: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, bank reconciliations, and tax compliance reports.
• Audit Support: Prepare documents and coordinate with internal/external auditors during financial reviews.
• Process Improvement: Utilize modern accounting software and automation tools to streamline financial workflows and record-keeping.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management, or any related business course.
• Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of solid working experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
• Tech-Savvy: Highly proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP), spreadsheet applications (Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets), and cloud-based collaboration tools.
• Work Under Pressure: Demonstrated ability to manage competing deadlines, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accuracy in high-stress situations.
• Communication & Analytical Skills: Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and good verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
