Accounting Staff

Basic Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy
• with 1 to 2 years experience in the same role
• With basic understanding of accounting documents
• Proficient in Excel for monitoring and tracking
• Has experience handling Account Payables.
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Has Knowledge of taxation, particularly VAT, Withholding taxes, payroll and BIR Compliance
• Preferably residing in Bocaue or near Bocaue Bulacan

Scope of Work:

• Maintain organized filing (softcopy and hardcopy) of accounting documents
• Monitor and update trackers (billing, payment, compliance)
• Prepare and compile documents for CPA submission
• Ensure complete supporting documents for all transactions
• Coordinate with Site, Admin, HR, and Finance for requirements
• Follow up pending documents and ensure timely submission

• Can manage tracking and follow-ups independently
• Is organized in handling documents
• Does not require constant supervision

Pay: Php15,600.00 - Php16,900.00 per month
