Accounting Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily accounting operations, including data entry and record keeping
• Prepare and process invoices, bills, and expense reports
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Maintain organized financial files and documentation
• Assist with payroll preparation and processing
• Respond to accounting-related inquiries from internal staff
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• Preferably with 1-2 years relevent experience
• Previous experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
• Willing to be assign in Bagumbayan, Quezon City
