ACCOUNTING STAFF

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounting Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in daily accounting operations, financial recordkeeping, documentation, and report preparation to ensure accurate and efficient processing of company transactions.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in recording and monitoring daily financial transactions.
• Prepare and organize vouchers, invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents.
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable monitoring.
• Perform account reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and schedules.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding accounting-related concerns.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Management Accounting, or any related course.
• With at least 1-2 years relevant work experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
• Willing to learn and work with minimal supervision.
