Accounting Staff

About the role

Responsible for supporting daily accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial recording, processing transactions, and assisting the Accounting/Finance Department in preparing financial reports.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions accurately and systematically
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other accounting documents
• Verify completeness and validity of supporting documents for revenue and expense transactions
• Store and archive accounting and financial documents properly
• Monitor company payables and receivables
• Prepare payment submissions and follow up on outstanding payments
• Record customer payments and vendor invoices
• Perform bank and cash reconciliation daily/weekly
• Monitor petty cash transactions and ensure supporting documentation is complete
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance preferred
• Understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and G-sheets
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in hospitality, villa/property management, or F&B is a plus
