WE ARE HIRING – ACCOUNTING STAFF

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, supporting documents, and account reconciliations.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on payments when necessary.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations.
• Assist with audits, tax documentation, and compliance requirements as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and maintain effective internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software; ERP experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively while meeting deadlines.
• Responsible, proactive, and well-organized, with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
