Accounting Staff

• Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate records in the MDS system.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations, including cash in bank, prepaid expenses, accrued expenses, deposits, and other assets/liabilities.
• Process daily external claims from vendors and suppliers.
• Prepare supporting evidence and documentation required for internal and external audits.
• Manage inventory vehicles, supporting materials, and additional items to be capitalized as inventories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and basic tax regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Good communication skills and intermediate English proficiency.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate in processing financial documents.
• Highly motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Able to work under deadlines and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
