Accounting Staff

Key Responsibility

• Handle daily payment operations, including local and overseas payments.
• Perform Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) settlement.
• Maintain local and overseas bank accounts, including monitoring transactions and balances.
• Key in and maintain payroll and accrual tables accurately and timely.
• Support management accounting and internal financial reporting.
• Assist in monthly and annual financial closing activities.
• Prepare and maintain monthly fixed asset reports and related schedules.
• Ensure proper documentation and record‑keeping for all financial transactions.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Provide general accounting and administrative support to the finance team.

Requirement and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred. (Degree in Accounting is an advantage but not mandatory.)
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Candidates with audit experience are preferred.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Japanese is an advantage.

Remuneration and Benefits

Meal allowance, free parking, transport allowance, full attendance allowance.

Working Hours

Monday - Friday (Flexible Working hours):

Start time between 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m., end time between 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
