Accounting Staff

About the role

As an Accounting Staff, you will be responsible for the daily management of financial transactions with high accuracy and attention to detail. You will work in a dynamic environment during a period of company expansion, with opportunities to develop technical competencies and contribute directly to operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Record bookkeeping entries and maintain financial records with accuracy
• Perform bank reconciliation
• Prepare monthly financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards
• Assist with internal audit processes
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Provide administrative support to management through relevant and timely financial data analysis
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of financial information across business units

About you

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in accounting or finance
• Practical work experience of one to three years in accounting
• Able to operate Microsoft Office and accounting systems
• High commitment to work, proactive, initiative-taking, and strong learning spirit
• Able to work according to set targets and work under pressure
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, both verbally and in writing
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
