About the role
This role involves handling daily accounting entries and bookkeeping activities, preparing financial reports, and supporting the finance team with various accounting and compliance tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting entries and bookkeeping activities
- Prepare accounting vouchers, journals, and financial reports
- Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing processes
- Support tax filing and ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting and tax regulations
- Verify invoices and maintain accurate accounting documentation and records
- Complete other accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by the Finance Manager
About you
Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field
Fresh graduates with accounting internship experience welcome to apply
Previous accounting experience is an advantage
Proficient in Mandarin Chinese
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint
