Accounting Staff (Pasay)

Perform daily bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies, bank transaction

Prepare checks, bank transfer and other payment transactions

Releasing and turnover of checks

Prepare forms and filing

Record treasury transaction accurately in the accounting system

Proficient in microsoft excel and word

Checking and encoding of petty cash

Perform other treasury and accounting duties as assigned by treasury supervisor/finance supervisor/manager

Monitor due dates of payables and ensure timely payment to suppliers and service.

Qualification

• BS Accounting / Financial Management graduate
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Female
• 23 to 35 years old
• Willing to render overtime
• Self driven
• Highly motivated
