Accounting Staff (Perawang)

Task & Responsibilities

• Perform accounting and billing activities for Perawang Terminal.
• Verify employee claims, process Accounts Payable (AP) invoices, and prepare payments.
• Ensure timely billing of customer invoices and issuance of delivery orders.
• Prepare tax invoices (Faktur Pajak) and support tax reporting activities.
• Monitor customer payments closely and follow up to ensure timely collections.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficient in SAP, Faktur Pajak, and Microsoft Excel.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and sense of responsibility.
• Willing to be placed at Perawang Terminal, Riau.
