Accounting Staff/Bookkeeper

EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

This role requires at least 6 months of bookkeeping or accounting experience.

About the Role:
We are looking for an Accounting Staff to handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including payroll, company expenses, and basic tax compliance. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and familiar with Philippine accounting and BIR requirements.

Qualifications:

• College Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or related course (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in payroll and bookkeeping is required.
• Knows BIR filings and Philippine tax requirements
• NCIII Bookkeeping is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll and monitor attendance and salary computations
• Record and monitor company expenses, petty cash, and reimbursements
• Prepare basic financial reports and summaries for management
• Assist with BIR compliance (filing, documentation, and deadlines)
• Maintain accounting records, receipts, and supporting documents
• Coordinate with management on budgets and financial tracking
• Assist in audits, permits, and government compliance requirements
• Perform other accounting and admin tasks as needed
