What they need
- Supervise and oversee daily accounting operations, including General Accounting, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records, ledgers, journals, receipts, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Prepare, review, and monitor financial reports and accounting schedules.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle BIR compliance requirements, including tax returns, audits, and Letters of Authority (LOA).
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, intercompany transactions, and general ledger accounts.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
