Accounting Supervisor

• Prepares financial statistical information for use as directed by Management in relation to past, present or future relations.
• Analyzes and interprets financial data to provide Management with information on costs, allocations and controls, comparison of results against budget, income and expenditures reviews and other similar functions.
• Prepares journal entries.
• Preparation and submission/filing of BIR forms.
• Assists and organizes all activities of the Accounting department with the Accounting Manager which includes orientation, training, and guides subordinates in their performance of duties.
• Monitors and evaluates the performance, duties, and assignments of subordinates to ensure compliance with company rules and regulations, and recommends appropriate actions when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
• With at least 1 year experience in a supervisory or senior role
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) and ERP accounting software (e.g., SAP, and QuickBooks).
