About the Company

Quicklean Group is a fast-growing laundromat service chain operating multiple legal entities

and 20+ branches across Metro Manila and Laguna. As the group continues to expand, we

are looking for an experienced Accounting Supervisor to lead and unify our accounting

operations across all subsidiaries.

Job Summary

The Accounting Supervisor will oversee the entire accounting function for Quicklean Group

and its subsidiaries. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant

financial reporting across all group entities, strengthening internal controls, and leading the

accounting team toward more efficient, standardized processes. The ideal candidate is

hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multi-entity accounting operations

while also driving process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across all Quicklean Group entities and

subsidiaries.

Manage and consolidate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for each

entity and for the group as a whole.

Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing across all subsidiaries.

Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger

transactions.

Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other regulatory filing requirements across all

entities.

Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government agencies as needed.

Strengthen and enforce internal controls, particularly around disbursements, budget

realignment, and approval protocols.

Standardize accounting processes and documentation across subsidiaries to improve

consistency and reduce errors.

Supervise, train, and develop accounting staff across the group.

Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to the CEO and other stakeholders.

Manage cash flow monitoring and budget tracking across entities.

Collaborate with HR, Operations, and other departments to support accurate payroll related accounting, cost allocation, among others.

Identify and implement process improvements and, where applicable, support

accounting system/HRIS integration.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA license preferred.

At least 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or

managerial capacity.

Experience managing accounting for multiple entities/subsidiaries strongly preferred.

Solid knowledge of Philippine tax regulations (BIR), SEC compliance, and statutory

reporting requirements.

Strong understanding of internal controls and process improvement.

Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel; experience with HRIS/payroll-linked

systems is a plus.

Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.

High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple

entities.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with the CEO and cross functional department heads.
