该职位来源于猎聘 PURPOSE OF THE POSITION The Accounting Supervisor plays a vital role in managing daily accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. This position requires a strong command of IFRS, excellent analytical skills, and in-deep knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations. The ideal candidate will provide guidance and oversight to the accounting team, ensure that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner, while maintaining the integrity of the financial reporting and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. This role also demands a passion for accounting excellence, strong proficiency in accounting software (especially SAP), and the ability to work effectively with databases and spreadsheets. The Accounting Supervisor will serve as a liaison between the accounting department and other functions, supporting cross-functional collaboration and contributing to the organization’s overall financial health. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Accounting management

• Responsible for monthly general ledger bookkeeping.
• Responsible for revenue and cost of goods sold (COGS) adjustments.
• Audit third-party payments to ensure compliance with company policies; identify areas for improvement and initiate corrective actions.
• Review transaction entries in system and provide guidance to ensure compliance with the accounting standards.
• Prepare monthly closing packages to support accurate financial reporting. Financial reporting management
• Prepare monthly closing packages and financial statements.
• Coordinate complex intercompany (IC) transactions and resolve related issues.
• Responsible for both internal and external financial reporting requirements.
• Lead the annual audit process in collaboration with external auditors.
• Support transfer pricing (TP) and customs-related matters. Tax management
• Lead the preparation of tax declaration packages.
• Supervise timely issuance of tax invoices to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Guide the issuance of intercompany invoices.
• Handle daily tax-related requests from the responsible tax bureau. Treasury management
• Coordinate intercompany payment plans.
• Manage related requests from internal and external stakeholders. Business support and others
• Lead pricing processes for newly imported products.
• Act as a super user for the SAP system.
• Maintain and manage accounting documentation.
• Respond to inquiries regarding to accounting procedure by researching and interpreting relevant policies and regulations.
• Develop and implement accounting policies to enhance internal controls.
• Contribute to team objectives and support broader finance initiatives as needed. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance or economics.

Holder of a professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Proven experience as an Accounting Supervisor or Senior Accountant.
• Solid accounting Professional Ethics.
• Strong proficiency in SAP is essential.
• Quick learner with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical thinking.
