Accounting Supervisor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Prepare revenue projection and forecasting expenditure
2. Submit prepared financial reports to General Accountant for monitoring
3. Monitors the AP/AR of the company
4. Keeps the accounting books correct and updated
5. Perform other Accounting duties and support junior staff
6. Assist with annual audit preparation
7. Interpreting company policies to determine how they affect operations
8. Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts
9. Review entries and documents submitted done by the Associate for completeness and accuracy
10. Prepare financial reports for submissions to management, such as profit & loss, financial analysis, disbursement and collection reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any related course
2. At least 1 to 2 years of related working experience
3. Open to Certified Public Accountant (CPA or non-CPA);
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; and
5. Knowledge in Accounting Principle
6. Knowledge in accounting software is an advantage.
