Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Credit, and Collections, including 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Proficient in Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be assigned in our head office located at Bagumbayan, Quezon City.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor credit and collection activities to ensure timely account settlements.
• Serve as custodian of retail items of The Spa Wellness, Barre3, and Skin Dermatology & Laser Center.
• Prepare and submit Quarterly and Annual Summary Alphalist of Withholding Taxes (SAWT) reports.
• Perform payment reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Validate payment from corporate sales transactions.
• Check and validate daily and accomplishment submitted by the Accounting Assistant.
• Release GC/WGC requested from Branches, Marketing & B2B sales and membership kit.
