Accounting Supervisor

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field
• 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Detail-oriented and analytical

Job Description:

• Prepares Monthly Financial Statements
• Prepares Monthly Profitability variance explanation
• Prepares Yearly Financial Statements
• Prepares Yearly Profitability variance explanation
• Preparation and reconciliation of Quarterly VAT returns
• Preparation and reconciliation of monthly expanded withholding Tax
• Preparation and reconciliation of all accounts for Quarterly Income Tax Filling
• Monitors and supervised staff in the preparation and e-filling of BIR returns such as 1601C, 1601E, 1604E, 1604CF, 2550M, 2550Q, 1702Q, 1702 and other BIR Reports
• Assist staff on data encoding of sales and purchases in VAT Relief System and Alpha list System
• Checking of payroll specially Government Remittances of employees. Prepares Annualized Schedule of payroll for tax adjustment/refund.
• Monitors sales and collections. Review Monthly receivable aging schedule, Monthly sales report and Monthly Collection report provided by Billing and Collection
