What they need
KUALIFIKASI:
- Minimal S1 Akuntansi / Keuangan
- Pengalaman kerja 5–8 tahun di bidang accounting & finance
- Minimal 2–3 tahun di posisi supervisor / senior
- Lebih diutamakan punya pengalaman di Perusahaan konstruksi / project-based dan Manufacturing / trading (tergantung kebutuhan)
KEMAMPUAN TEKNIS:
- Menguasai accounting: laporan keuangan, general ledger, rekonsiliasi bank, PSAK, serta audit internal/eksternal
- Menguasai finance: cash flow management, budgeting & forecasting, cost control, serta AP/AR
- Memahami perpajakan perusahaan: PPh 21/23/25/29, PPN, serta pelaporan pajak (e-Faktur, e-SPT, Coretax)
- Mahir Excel (pivot, lookup, logic) dan familiar dengan software/ERP seperti Accurate, SAP, atau Oracle
