Accounting Supervisor

• Oversees and manages day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulations, and efficient financial processes.
• In charge of processing annual permits needed for business operations.
• Prepare and submit necessary reports for BIR.
• Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy of accounting records.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies, develop and implement accounting controls.
• Prepares and ensures correctness and validity of balance sheet accounts.
• Ensure that manual/electronic payment gateway are operational and complete on a daily basis.
• Carefully conduct an extensive validation and accounting of the cashiers’ cash collections vs. system reports on a daily basis.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, preferably CPA
• At least 3-5yrs supervisory experience in general accounting
• Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays if necessary
• Applicants must be willing to work in Eco Wonder Park, Calamba, Laguna
