Accounting Supervisor

Oversees day-to-day accounting operations, focusing on Accounts Receivable (client collections), Accounts Payable, guard payroll processing, and cash flow monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise AR, AP, cashiering, and general ledger postings to ensure speed and precision.
• Monitor client billing schedules, track aging accounts receivable, and coordinate with clients for prompt collection of agency invoices.
• Supervise the processing and disbursement of guard payroll, ensuring accurate deductions, night differential computations, and statutory contributions.
• Review vendor invoices, office utility payables, guard uniform/equipment deductions, and petty cash disbursements.
• Lead the monthly closing process, prepare schedules, and supervise junior accounting staff.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Financial Management; CPA license is an advantage.
• 3–4 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 1–2 years supervising staff.
• Direct experience handling high-volume manpower/security payroll systems and collection workflows.

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
