Accounting Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. The successful candidate will supervise the accounting team, ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies, and support management in financial decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations
• Review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records and transactions
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and schedules
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and other accounting functions
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of financial and management reports
• Monitor cash flow and assist in budget preparation and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with Philippine accounting standards, tax regulations, and government requirements
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, suppliers, and government agencies when necessary
• Review reconciliations and investigate discrepancies or unusual transactions
• Develop and implement accounting procedures and internal controls

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA license is highly preferred
• At least 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, with supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and Philippine tax regulations
• Experience in financial statement preparation and account reconciliation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
