Accounting Supervisor

1. Supervise the day-to-day activities of the Accounting Department.
2. Supervise the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
3. Ensure that financial reports are accurate, complete, and submitted within prescribed deadlines.
4. Provide management with relevant accounting information and financial analysis when required.
5. Review cash disbursements, cash advances, petty cash transactions, and bank transactions.
6. Monitor the processing of supplier invoices, payments, collections, and customer accounts.
7. Review accounting entries, schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
8. Ensure timely preparation and filing of required tax returns, schedules, and other government reports.
9. Monitor compliance with applicable BIR, SEC, and other regulatory requirements.
10. Review accounting records related to inventory, fixed assets, depreciation, and other company assets.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in accountancy. or related courses.
2. Proven work experience as an Accounting Supervisor.
3. Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws, and regulations.
4. Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
5. Analytical skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Team management skills.
