ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise the Accounting Team and ensure proper performance of assigned functions.
• Review and check processed accounting vouchers and supporting documents.
• Prepare and/or review monthly financial reports and Financial Statements.
• Monitor compliance with government-mandated accounting reports, filings, and remittances.
• Maintain and monitor the company's Books of Accounts.
• Monitor accountable forms and conduct regular inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure all advances are properly reconciled and closed within the required period.
• Review payroll prepared and submitted by HR prior to uploading by the Finance Manager/Supervisor.
• Attend to Head Office inquiries, alignment meetings, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate and assist during the annual external audit.
• Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and updated.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant Accounting experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and account reconciliation.
• Knowledge of BIR and other government compliance requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
• CPA is an advantage but not required.
