Accounting Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Supervisor to manage daily accounting operations, financial reporting, tax compliance, and accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain company books and financial records
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and reports
• Handle AP, AR, bank reconciliation, journal entries, and fixed assets
• Review financial records and ensure accuracy
• Conduct variance analysis and provide reports to management
• Ensure timely BIR filings and tax compliance
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide audit requirements
• Develop and improve accounting processes and controls
• Supervise and monitor accounting staff
• Ensure tasks and deadlines are completed on time
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
• Assist management with special projects and urgent accounting needs

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy
• CPA is not required; CPA license is an advantage
• 3–5 years of accounting experience
• At least 2 years of supervisory or lead experience
• Strong experience in AP, AR, and Financial Statement preparation
• Xero experience is required
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word
• Knowledge of financial closing, reporting, bank reconciliation, and tax compliance
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Willing to work on-site

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
