Accounting Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1.Responsible for recording daily disbursements, analyzing payment requests and preparing check vouchers, maintaining subsidiary ledgers, property and equipment lapsing schedules, preparing financial statements, processing rank and file payroll, reviewing inventory and preparing adjusting entries, and preparing annual reporting of withholding taxes on compensation, along with handling additional duties assigned by the company and immediate superior.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Records daily disbursements thru processing of payment.

2. Analyze request for payment and prepares check vouchers.

3. Maintains Subsidiary ledger of Advances, bank loan and other payable.

4. Maintains Property & Equipment Lapsing schedules.

5. Prepares Financial Statements.

6. Processing of Rank & file payroll and prepares monthly summary of Employee/Employer Government contributions.

7. Reviews Real Estate, Office supplies and Warehouse Inventory and prepares adjusting entries.

8. Prepares Alphabetical list of rank & file employees for BIR annual reporting of withholding taxes on compensation.

9. Other duties that the company and immediate superior may assign from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS

• BS – Accountancy or any business-related course graduate. CPA is a plus but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and with knowledge in Accounting software

EXPERIENCE UPON ENTRY INTO THE POSITION

• With at least two (2) to three (3) years’ experience in General Accounting and BIR mandatory requirements.
• With Experience in Internal Audit

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
