WE ARE HIRING: ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

Location: Rusters, Ubud Bali

Are you an experienced accounting professional ready to lead and optimize financial operations in a vibrant lifestyle hub? Rusters Ubud is looking for an organized and detail oriented Accounting Supervisor to oversee our financial workflows and lead our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and oversee a daily team of 3 accounting staff members.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Accounting Operations: Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliation processes.
• Taxation & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Indonesian corporate tax regulations (PPN, PPh, local government tax/PB1) and financial policies.
• Budgeting & Analysis: Assist management in budget preparation, variance analysis, and cost control.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Accounting Supervisor, Senior Accountant, or similar role (preferably in Hospitality/F&B).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
• Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, accounting standards (PSAK), and financial software.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English (spoken & written).
