Accounting Supervisor

About the role

Lead the financial operations behind growing communities. Paramount Properties is looking for an Accounting Supervisor who will oversee accounting processes, strengthen internal controls, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across our projects. This role is critical in maintaining financial discipline, supporting business decisions, and driving operational efficiency as we continue to expand.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; CPA is an advantage
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls
• Experience in managing accounting operations and team oversight
• Proficient in Excel and accounting systems
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential information
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
