What they need
I. Principal Functions
- Prepares journal entries
- Maintains general ledger
- Maintains subsidiary ledgers of all accounts
- Print out reports for the board meeting
- Reviews/ checks deposit made by cashier
- Records disbursements in the Check Disbursement Book
- Processes payments to founders i.e interest, allowances, allowances, rebates and reimbursements
- Drafts budget for the department
- To do jobs that may be assigned from time to time by the Accounting Head
II. Qualifications
· Must be an AccountingGraduate
· Computer Literate
· With at least 2 years relevant work experience
· Can handle pressure
· Trustworthy, detail oriented and self-motivated
