Accounting Supervisor

The Accounting Supervisor will lead and manage the company’s overall accounting operations in a startup environment. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and BIR requirements, and maintaining efficient day-to-day accounting processes.

As part of a lean team, the Accounting Supervisor will handle end-to-end accounting functions while supervising and supporting 1 Accounting Assistant. The role requires someone hands-on, organized, and comfortable working in a developing structure, while also contributing to the company’s financial direction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with supervisory or leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and BIR regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, or Oracle.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience handling full-cycle accounting functions.
• Ability manages overall accounting functions independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
