What they need
- Check completeness and correctness of attachments prior to transacting payables/ receivables in the system.
- Ensure that applicable policies are observed when validating and posting transactions of every construction projects.
- Complete assigned tasks within the given timeline.
- Analyze and reconcile assigned accounts on a regular (at least monthly) basis.
- Learn taxes and their applicability to his/her daily tasks.
- Support the team in achieving its goals. Adhere the company policies.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Fast learner and organized
- Understand accounting concepts and can analyze data and reconcile accounts
- Can utilize an accounting system
- Willing to learn and be mentored towards continuous improvement
- Fresh graduates may be considered
