Accounting Supervisor

The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily accounting operations, including sales accounting and collection functions, preparing accurate financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Lead and coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure adherence to internal control policies and accounting procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other statutory filings.
• Provide support in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and system efficiencies.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure proper accounting treatment of transactions.
• Assigned to Visayas Affiliates based in Head Office

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA is a plus
• 2-3 years of solid accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar).
• Advanced MS Excel skills and data analysis capability.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Must be amenable to the following work conditions:

• Full-time Onsite at Makati Head Office (Angono St., Makati City)
• Monday to Friday, 8:00AM-6:00PM
