ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

• Responsible in the maintenance of Inventory Account and perform physical audit in various cold storages of the company
• Ensure that Sales Invoices are timely disseminated to concerned clients
• Supervise and monitor the day-to-day activities of the accounting team
• Provide support to the Accounting Manager in terms of review of accounting records, transactions and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance
• Suggests process improvements by applying related accounting policies
• Monitor the timely completion and accuracy of financial and accounting reports
• Coordinate with other departments regarding accounting, audit, and internal control concerns
• Provide guidance, coaching, and performance monitoring to accounting staff
• Perform other accounting and audit-related duties as may be assigned

Qualifications

• BS Accountancy
• 1–2 years of experience in Internal Audit, preferably involving regular review and audit of business/accounting processes
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in accounting, audit, or a related function
