Accounting Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and compliant financial transaction recording.
• Prepare and review financial statements and supporting documents.
• Manage monthly and annual closing, including reconciliations and adjusting entries.
• Perform financial reconciliations and support audit processes.
• Analyze financial data, trends, and anomalies to identify improvements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure data integrity and support business decisions.
• Maintain organized accounting records and documentation.
• Conduct internal audits and monitor internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial accounting, including experience in a similar role.

• Mandatory experience in estate management.

• CPA or other accounting certification is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of SAK and Indonesian financial reporting regulations.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.

• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
