Accounting Supervisor

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Accounting Supervisor to join our team at the Forest Lake Development, Inc. head office in Parañaque City. This role serves as a vital anchor for our financial integrity, balancing high-level administrative reporting with the operational oversight needed to maintain our financial systems. You will lead the charge in ensuring accuracy across our books while collaborating closely with management to enhance our departmental workflows.

What You'll Do?

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Lead the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring the accuracy of journal entries and bank reconciliations while analyzing key performance indicators.
• Compliance & Audit: Manage all tax requirements and compliance mandates; serve as the primary liaison for internal/external auditors and government agencies like the BIR and local municipal offices.
• Strategic Planning: Prepare and manage the company’s budgeting and long-term financial planning processes to ensure sustainable growth.
• System Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of financial applications within the company’s system and assist the Finance Manager in implementing new procedures to boost workflow efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Education: At least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a related field. Being a CPA is highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience specializing in Finance, specifically in General Accounting, budgeting, and external audits.
• Technical Expertise: Proven experience using SAP and high proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
