What they need
- Updating Daily task work such monitoring of billing , AR, AP and other related works.
- Checking AR to be recorded in the book
- Checking due payables to be paid off
- Update monitoring of payments for every transaction
- Monthly report such as IS ( Accrual & Cash ) & AND any necessarily report
- Encoding of voucher’s to Disbursement
- Liquidating of expenses from Petty cash fund
- Monthly Bank Reconciliation if necessary
- Filing of Documents such as voucher/s and their attachments (e.g. OR, AR, Requisition Slip. Etc. )
- Check, Verify and process for signature
- Perform routine and repetitive clerical accounting and book keeping duties following established procedures
- Analyze discrepancies and tracks unpaid statement accounts
- Verify and filing of taxes and other deductions
- Checking and verifying of payroll computations for annualization
- Update, verify and maintain accounting journals and ledgers and other financial records
- Find and use accounting data to resolve accounting problems and discrepancies
- Prepare month end reports
- Perform filing and general administrative tasks
- Perform additional duties as requested by the management as and required
- Maintain complete confidentiality
