Location: Caloocan City
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary Range: ₱20,000 – ₱25,000

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accounting Supervisor to oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting of financial transactions. This role supervises the Accounting and Credit & Collection team, reviews payables and receivables, reconciliations, inventory transactions, expenses, billing, collections, and financial documentation. The Accounting Supervisor collaborates with Finance, HR, Operations, Warehouse, and Management to maintain strong financial controls and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting activities and ensure proper documentation.
• Review journal entries, schedules, and records for accuracy.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and collections.
• Monitor bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations on inventory accounting.
• Review expense reports, reimbursements, and disbursements.
• Prepare and review financial reports and statements.
• Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal and external audit activities.
• Supervise and coach accounting staff, ensuring timely task completion.
• Recommend process improvements and strengthen internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA preferred; non‑CPA candidates with strong experience may be considered.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, with supervisory background preferred.
• Experience in retail, distribution, warehouse, or multi‑branch operations is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting, reconciliations, payables, receivables, and reporting.
• Experience with inventory accounting and reconciliation highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems/software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
