Accounting Supervisor

• Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, tax compliance, and budget monitoring.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and support accounting staff.
• Maintain strong relationships and coordinate effectively with external stakeholders, including mall administrators, suppliers, and contractors.
• Provide timely and accurate financial updates to management.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
• Proven experience in accounting supervision and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance.
• Exceptional communication skills founded on honesty, transparency, and the ability to build trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including mall administrators and suppliers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site at 6th Avenue, South Caloocan, from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
