Accounting Supervisor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports w/ related supporting schedules.
• Supervise cashflow, payables, receivables and accounting records.
• Supervise processing of supplier’s invoice ensuring accuracy and approval protocol.
• Supervise generation of customer’s invoice ensuring accuracy and approval protocol.
• Supervise fixed asset register ensuring all company’s assets are properly monitored and accounted.
• Supervise reconciliation with banks, suppliers, customers and etc.
• Supervise payment schedules for supplier. Ensuring payments are timely and accurately
• Supervise debtor’s collection. Ensuring payments are timely and accurately.
• Prepare month end accruals and schedules
• Supervise and support accounting staffs in their day-to-day task.
• Assisting the broader accounts team with ad hoc tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (essential). CPA is required
• 5 years’ experience in senior role in Finance (essential).
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge in Microsoft office.
• Knowledge in Metabases, ERP Next, Vision and Xero system software is an advantage.
• A person with a strongly developed continuous improvement mindset & project management skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement processes, procedures, and policies.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with a diverse team and influence/inspire change cross-functionally.
