Accounting Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise daily accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), journal entries, payments, and receipts.

• Oversee bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies, cash variances, and other unusual transactions.

• Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, cash flow, and supporting reports.

• Coordinate monthly and yearly closing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Monitor operating expenses, budget variances, and working capital to support cost control and business performance.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

• Coordinate with other departments and internal/external auditors to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate financial records.

• Supervise, develop, and evaluate team members while improving accounting processes and internal controls.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Min. 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role. Experience in the retail industry is preferred.

·        Good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and month-end closing procedures.

• Good command of English (Mandarin will be advantage).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems (SAP).

·        Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
