Role Description The Accounting Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila, responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This role supervises accounting staff, reviews journal entries, reconciliations, and ledgers, and monitors compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. The Accounting Supervisor prepares and analyzes financial statements, supports budgeting and forecasting activities, and coordinates with internal teams and external partners such as auditors and banks. The position also involves improving accounting processes, implementing best practices, and providing guidance and training to team members to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Finance and Analytical Skills to interpret data, support decision-making, and provide meaningful financial insights.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable standards.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Accounting Software and related tools to manage transactions, generate reports, and streamline accounting processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in supervisory or senior accounting roles, ideally within recruitment, staffing, or service-oriented organizations.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor team members and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical financial practices.
