Accounting Supervisor – Internal Reporting

Key responsibilities:

• Manage financial data reconciliation and analysis, including AR, MIS, personnel costs, expenses, and fixed assets
• Prepare internal financial reports, including branch P&L, FRM & TKK, and consolidation reports
• Support audit processes and external and regulatory reporting, including coordination with relevant departments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the same or equivalent position within a financing company
• Experienced in OJK reporting and familiar with IDX reporting
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting
• Good analytical and reconciliation skills
• Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and coordination skills
