ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR/ MANAGER

Supervise and manage the daily activities of the accounting team.

Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.

Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Monitor the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and bank reconciliations.

Ensure compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

Coordinate with external auditors, internal auditors, and government agencies during audits and inspections.

Prepare and review tax filings, including VAT, withholding taxes, income tax, and other government-mandated reports.

Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasts.

Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the accounting function.

Assist management in financial analysis and strategic decision-making.

Ensure timely submission of financial reports to management and regulatory agencies.

Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of accounting staff.

Collaborate with other departments to support business operations and resolve financial concerns.

Where appropriate implement & adhere to budget & focus self & team on growth & cost management.

In all area of responsibilities, the incumbent is responsible in demonstrating integrity in its business dealings with people & amp; organizations and should operate consistent to its corporate highest ethical standards.
