Accounting Team Lead

Job Summary
The Accounting & Finance Supervisor will oversee financial reporting, account reconciliation, cash flow monitoring, and internal financial controls. The role will provide accurate financial information to management and ensure that accounting activities are completed properly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Review financial records, journals, and account balances.
• Oversee bank, payment gateway, and other account reconciliations.
• Monitor receivables, payables, collections, and disbursements.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Analyze budget versus actual results and investigate significant variances.
• Monitor cash flow and provide financial updates to management.
• Ensure proper supporting documents for financial transactions.
• Coordinate with external auditors and government agencies when needed.
• Strengthen financial controls and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of accounting or finance experience.
• At least 1 year in a senior or supervisory position.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliation.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with accounting software.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
