Accounting Virtual Assistant

Cover Desk Philippines is actively hiring office-based Accounting Virtual Assistants in Malolos, Bulacan, focusing on bookkeeping, financial reporting, and administrative tasks for US clients. These positions are open to fresh graduates (2024, 2025 or graduating this year 2026) and experienced accountants, offering immediate start dates with graveyard shifts.

Key Job Requirements

• Education: BS in Accounting, Financial Management, or related field.
• Experience: Previous bookkeeping experience is preferred; fresh graduates (2024, 2025 or graduating this year 2026) are welcome.
• Certifications: TESDA NCII/NCIII Bookkeeping Holder is a plus.
• Skills: Strong communication skills (English), proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) and QuickBooks or other accounting software.
• Logistics: Willing to work onsite at the Malolos, Bulacan office and work a graveyard shift.

Common Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate financial records, including recording transactions and categorizing expenses.
• Reconciling bank accounts and credit cards.
• Processing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Assisting with monthly and annual close processes.
