Accounting/Admin Speialist

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Perform bookkeeping, preparation of sales reports, expense summaries, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare and file BIR-related documents such as VAT, Withholding Taxes, Fringe Benefit Taxes, and other required tax reports
• Maintain organized accounting files and records
• Process payroll and government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG)
• Handle administrative tasks, permit processing, and maintenance of employee records/profiles
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned

About you

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or any related field
• Preferably with 1+ years of experience in general accounting work
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Can start ASAP
