Accounting/Administration Internship

About the role

Polaris Oil Sdn Bhd is seeking a meticulous and organised Accounting & Administration Intern to support our finance and operations team. You will gain hands-on exposure to accounting and business operations in a real working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Invoice processing, expense tracking, petty cash management, and basic bookkeeping
• Maintaining and organising financial and operational records, filing, and documentation control
• Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks, vendor correspondence, and general office operations

About you

• Fresh graduate or final-year student available to start immediately (or soon)
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus
• Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to handle multiple tasks
• Good written and spoken English; Bahasa Malaysia a plus
