X Vision Media is a New York-based growth marketing agency specializing in social media management, content creation, influencer marketing, Google platform management, and paid advertising.

We are looking for an organized and client-focused Account & Project Manager to manage client communication and coordinate projects across Instagram, TikTok, and Google.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
• Manage Instagram, TikTok, and Google-related client projects
• Coordinate content calendars, shoots, editing, posting, and campaign deliverables
• Communicate client feedback and requests clearly to internal team members
• Assign tasks, track deadlines, and follow up with the team to ensure timely delivery
• Review content and project deliverables before sending them to clients
• Coordinate influencer collaborations when needed
• Organize monthly performance reports and lead regular client meetings
• Monitor account performance and help identify opportunities for improvement
• Manage client expectations and maintain strong, professional relationships
• Handle multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously

Qualifications:

• 1 years + Experience in account management, project management, social media, or digital marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
• Able to follow up proactively and independently manage deadlines
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Google Business Profile, Google Reviews, or digital advertising
• Comfortable communicating directly with clients and internal team members
• Bilingual English and Chinese is a must
• Marketing agency experience is a plus
